How long will it take to do the ECU remapping ?
The ECU remapping process should take no more than 2 hours for remapping through the diagnostic port, but it is usually much less than this but please allow up to 2 hours.
If my car has an automatic gearbox can you still remap it?

Does it make any difference if my car has higher than average mileage?
No, it makes no difference what your mileage is, your car will still benefit from a custom ECU remapping session.
My vehicle already has some modifications can you still remap it?
Yes, we can, just let us know and we will work with it to give you the very best from your custom remap.
What is the likely effect on fuel consumption after the ECU remapping?
If driven in a sensible manner you will benefit from an increase of up to 12% in your MPG. If you are going to use the power more often and drive the car faster then obviously your consumption will drop, as it would do anyway.
Is the ECU remapping reversible?
Yes, it is entirely reversible and if at any time for any reason whatsoever that you would like your car returning to its standard settings we can do this for you as we keep a copy of your original file on our secure database. How is the DPF Removal done?
To remove the DPF, we need to read the original software from the vehicle ECU via OBD socket. Once the original software is backed up, we can eliminate all DPF structures from the software. Then the software can be programmed again to the ECU. In the last step, we remove the DPF from the vehicle and the temperature and pressure sensor from the exhaust.
Now the vehicle will not attempt to regenerate, no black smoke behind. No DPF check light or engine management light on the dash and better MPG!
Will the vehicle pass an MOT test without DPF?
The difference between petrol and diesel vehicles is the fact that diesel vehicles are NOT subject to an emission test, instead of a simple Smoke Test will be carried out. Removing the DPF will not cause the level of smoke to rise high enough to fail the test. That test has a very high mark of failing, so it’s tough to get a diesel vehicle to fail. Also, as of Feb 2014, the MOT Test Station will only VISUALLY inspect the existence of DPF. During the visual inspection, it is almost impossible to detect a lack of DPF.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, all our work is guaranteed.
Will DPF Removal affect my fuel economy?
Yes, you should see an increase in your fuel economy!
How long does it take to remove the DPF?
Between 1-2 hours to reprogram software and 1-3 hours to remove DPF filter from the vehicle, it is an approximate time, but this will vary between vehicles.
